At DMV Dream Softball, we are committed to providing our players with the best support and guidance. Our dedicated staff works tirelessly to ensure the success of our athletes both on and off the field. Below are the current and vacant staff positions within our organization.
Phillip Tomlin is the visionary behind DMV Dream Softball. As the Founder and President, he leads the organization with a passion for youth development and a commitment to helping players achieve their dreams.
With extensive experience in coaching and player development, Phillip ensures that DMV Dream Softball provides top-notch training and support to all its athletes.
Jaleesa Myles, leveraging her college playing experience and deep passion for the game, oversees the daily operations of the organization to ensure smooth functionality. Her responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating events, and working closely with the President to implement strategic initiatives. Jaleesa’s firsthand knowledge of the sport and commitment to excellence drive her to maintain high standards in all aspects of the organization’s operations.
Rita Rahl, with college playing experience and over 20 years of coaching expertise, oversees the recruitment process and builds relationships with college scouts and coaches. She also assists with the private school recruitment and enrollment process. Additionally, Rita serves as the senior advisor to the coaches within our program, ensuring they receive the guidance and support they need. Her role involves organizing showcases, facilitating player exposure, and guiding athletes through the college recruitment process.
Taylor Brown collaborates with local businesses to understand their promotional needs and objectives. The Community Partnership Program offers an appealing opportunity for businesses to receive a professionally produced commercial video and comprehensive marketing support, all while benefiting from a tax write-off for supporting the DMV Dream Athletics non-profit. Taylor leads this initiative by planning, filming, and editing commercials that feature local businesses and our DMV Dream Athletics’ athletes, ensuring the creation of engaging social media content that meets high-quality production standards.
Kamala Cameron-King leads the organization's marketing efforts, including managing social media, creating website content, and developing promotional materials. She also plays a key role in event coordination, ensuring smooth and successful events. Her work ensures effective communication with players, families, sponsors, and the broader community.
