Phillip Tomlin is the visionary behind DMV Dream Softball. As the Founder and President, he leads the organization with a passion for youth development and a commitment to helping players achieve their dreams.
With extensive experience in coaching and player development, Phillip ensures that DMV Dream Softball provides top-notch training and support to all its athletes.
Wesley Johnson brings a wealth of leadership experience and a deep understanding of team dynamics to his role as Vice President of Operations. He oversees the day-to-day functions of the organization, ensuring that everything runs efficiently and effectively. His responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating events, and collaborating closely with the President to execute strategic initiatives. Wesley’s strong operational mindset and commitment to excellence help maintain high standards across all areas of the organization.
Taylor Brown collaborates with local businesses to understand their promotional needs and objectives. The Community Partnership Program offers an appealing opportunity for businesses to receive a professionally produced commercial video and comprehensive marketing support, all while benefiting from a tax write-off for supporting the DMV Dream Athletics non-profit. Taylor leads this initiative by planning, filming, and editing commercials that feature local businesses and our DMV Dream Athletics’ athletes, ensuring the creation of engaging social media content that meets high-quality production standards.
Kamala Cameron-King leads the organization's marketing efforts, including managing social media, creating website content, and developing promotional materials. She also plays a key role in event coordination, ensuring smooth and successful events. Her work ensures effective communication with players, families, sponsors, and the broader community.
