We are currently seeking passionate and experienced individuals to join our coaching staff as Head Coaches. These are paid positions that include travel reimbursement. Head Coaching Positions Available

Head Coach for 12U Team

We are looking for a dedicated Head Coach for our 12U team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young athletes, focusing on skill development and foundational training. This is a paid position and includes travel reimbursement.

Head Coach for 14UC Team

We are seeking an experienced Head Coach for our 14UC team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in competitive softball and experience preparing players for high school and college-level play. This is a paid position and includes travel reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs: Create and execute practice plans that enhance player skills and team performance.

• Mentor and guide athletes: Provide personalized coaching and support to help players reach their full potential.

• Coordinate with other staff: Work closely with the Director of Operations, President, and other coaches to ensure a cohesive approach to player development.

• Travel with the team: Attend games, tournaments, and events, ensuring players are well-prepared and supported.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous coaching experience, preferably at the youth or competitive level.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of softball fundamentals, strategies, and techniques.

• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment: Dedication to the development and success of young athletes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting practices focused on skill development.

• Provide individual and group instruction to improve players’ softball skills.

• Foster a positive and supportive team environment.

• Help manage game day activities and in-game coaching.

• Support the Head Coach in administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Experience playing or coaching softball, preferably at the youth level.

• Strong understanding of fundamental softball skills.

• Effective communication with young athletes and parents.

• Passion for developing young talent.

• Availability for practices, games, and occasional travel.
