At DMV Dream Softball, we are committed to helping young athletes grow on and off the field through expert coaching and a strong support system. We are currently looking for passionate and knowledgeable individuals to join our coaching staff as Assistant Coaches.

Assistant Coach for 12U,14U,16U, 18UTeam

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting practices focused on skill development.

• Provide individual and group instruction to improve players’ softball skills.

• Foster a positive and supportive team environment.

• Help manage game day activities and in-game coaching.

• Support the Head Coach in administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Experience playing or coaching softball, preferably at the youth level.

• Strong understanding of fundamental softball skills.

• Effective communication with young athletes and parents.

• Passion for developing young talent.

• Availability for practices, games, and occasional travel.
