Meet Coach Ja'Seph Smith
The 16U team is led by Coach Ja'Seph Smith, an experienced and dedicated coach with a strong background in competitive softball. A former standout player at Bowie State University, Coach Smith has continued her softball journey through coaching at Crofton High School and currently at St. Vincent Pallotti High School. Her passion for developing young athletes and preparing them for the next level drives the success of the 16U program at DMV Dream.
