The 18U team is led by Coach Carlton Smith, a Creative & Performing Arts teacher at Northwestern High School with a diverse and extensive coaching background. Having coached baseball, swimming, and now softball, Coach Smith brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to the game. His dedication to teaching and mentoring athletes ensures they grow both on and off the field, making him an invaluable leader for our 18U program.
