Our 18U team is led by Coach Christianna (Chrissy) Johnson, a dedicated and experienced coach with a passion for guiding young athletes toward their college dreams. As the Head Coach at St. Charles High School, Coach Johnson brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to excellence that helps our players reach their highest potential. With her strong background in competitive softball, she is dedicated to fostering both the athletic and personal growth of each player.

The 18U team focuses on advanced training, strategic play, and college preparation. We emphasize the importance of discipline, hard work, and excellence, ensuring that each player is fully prepared for the demands of college softball. Our 18U teams are structured as follows:
